Additionally, these experiences have required extensive interactions with Community, City, State and Federal Services & Programs, including Medical Disability Determination (SSI/SSDI) and Prison Reentry Programs. I have evolved into an exclusively MAT clinician, with a strong interest in the care of the high-needs individual: Care Team Structure, Multidisciplinary Collaboration / Integration and “Hybrid” Health Delivery. I also Consult regarding “The Opioid Ecosystem”: the People, Clinical, Pharmacy & Insurance Systems that all participate in the “Pathway of the Pill.” It is imperative that these Important medications are available to those in need, while recognizing these dangerous medications require Appropriate Support & Accountability for safe treatment. I have developed an extensive knowledge of “All Things Opioid.”
